As part of the Nunchi Marine Smart Wellness Programme (NMSWP), we brought our mobile clinic to NTUC Health Co-operative Limited AAC (Bukit Merah)—right into the neighbourhood where many seniors live. This made it convenient for seniors to access basic health services without having to travel far.
With the support of RSVP Singapore The Organisation of Senior Volunteers Singapore, NTUC Health AAC (Bukit Merah) and our medical partner 1Doc, over 60 seniors received health talks, bone density scans, and interactive games—in a setting that felt familiar.
Since its launch in October 2024, the NMSWP has reached close to 1000 seniors. By combining corporate resources, healthcare expertise, and the power of senior volunteerism, the NMSWP exemplifies a scalable, community-driven model that strengthens public health, builds resilience, and ensures no senior is left behind in Singapore’s journey toward a Healthier SG.
We’re grateful to continue this journey in Year 2 of the programme, and look forward to reaching more seniors in more neighbourhoods in the months ahead.
