Launched in 2015, YWCA Singapore’s Empowering Mums (EM) is a series of transformative workshops dedicated to helping back-to-work mothers from low-income families gain the skills, support and confidence they need to be successfully employed.
In Nunchi Marine, we strongly uphold the nobility of motherhood with high regard and contribute to various programs in YWCA Singapore such as Empowering Mums: English Club (EC) which provides free English curriculum for low-income mums of Singaporean families and EM Enterprises (YWCA Weaving programme) which provides mothers from disadvantaged backgrounds with an alternative source of flexible income / employment.
